Arrival Procedure
To confirm you are running on time, please phone the Skyparksecure Concierge 10 to 15 minutes prior to your arrival at Bristol International.
Due to current security restrictions, the terminal forecourt is closed for customer access, therefore once at the airport, please follow the yellow signs to the Drop off/Pick Up Car Park adjacent to the terminal.
Take a ticket upon entry and follow the route to the left of the Car Park nearest the terminal building.
You will be met by the Skyparksecure Concierge in the car park. Your car will be checked by the Concierge and your return details confirmed. You will be given a number to use on your return.
Your car will be parked in Bristol International's secure, on-site car park for the duration of your trip.
Please allow plenty of time for airport check-in and security procedures.
The Drop off/Pick Up car park is situated immediately adjacent the terminal building and access to the terminal is via a covered walkway.
Departure Procedure
On arrival back in to Bristol International ,once you have cleared Customs, please call the number given to you by the Skyparksecure Concierge.
The Concierge will then be in the Drop off/Pick-up Car Park, adjacent to Arrivals, with your car ready for collection.
