Arrival Procedure
There is a surcharge of £10 for arrivals/departures on Boxing day and New Years day payable to the driver on arrival.
Gatwick (LGW) North Terminal Departure
Please call us 20 mins before your scheduled drop off time.
If you think you will arrive early than your scheduled drop off time please call in advance so that we can try to accommodate your early arrival.
The drop-off and collection location is now between the Sofitel Hotel and Short Term Multi-storey Car Park.
1. Please stay in the right hand lane as you round the Sofitel (big white square building) on approach to the North Terminal so as to avoid the queue for the multi-storey car park.
2. Then park in the bays marked.
3. Your car will be returned to this location.
Gatwick (LGW) South Terminal Departure
Please call us 20 mins before your scheduled drop off time.
If you think you will arrive early than your scheduled drop off time please call in advance so that we can try to accommodate your early arrival.
Drive your car to the Passenger Drop-off area at the South Terminal.
Drive to the far end, through the second set of traffic lights and park immediately on the left.
Gatwick (LGW) South Terminal Return
On your return to Gatwick you will need to call us to say that you have landed then you will need to call again once you have collected all your luggage so that we can dispatch your vehicle.
We will return your car to the ground floor entrance to the terminal about 15 minutes later. Where we collected it from you.
*Please note if you have hand luggage only please call as soon as you can.
Departure Procedure
Gatwick (LGW) North Terminal Return
On your return to Gatwick you will need to call us to say that you have landed then you will need to call again once you have collected all your luggage so that we can dispatch your vehicle.
Please exit the terminal on the ground floor and make your way between the multi-storey car parks to the drop -off and collection location in front of the Sofitel Hotel where you dropped off your car.
*Please note if you have hand luggage only please call as soon as you can.
Gatwick (LGW) South Terminal Return
On your return to Gatwick you will need to call us to say that you have landed then you will need to call again once you have collected all your luggage so that we can dispatch your vehicle.
We will return your car to the ground floor entrance to the terminal about 15 minutes later. Where we collected it from you.
