Arrival Procedure
Drive to the Car Park and your driver will book your car in and drive you to the terminal of your choice just 4 minutes away. A brief inspection of your vehicle will take place and obvious or significant damage (if any) recorded. A full inspection is available on request and will take approximately 10 minutes. Your Driver will offer you the choice of taking you and your party to the Terminal in one of our courtesy vehicles or in your own car accompanied by our driver. This is beneficial if you or one of your party are disabled or have heavy luggage. This is a one to one service and you will not have to wait to transfer to coaches or buses.
Departure Procedure
On your return from holiday, and once you have retrieved your luggage and passed through customs just telephone the car park Controller on the dedicated phone line and their courtesy vehicle will be with you in 10/15 minutes. Please advise the Controller if you wish your car to be delivered to you. There are no extra charges for this service.
Meeting Points:
FROM SOUTH TERMINAL
From Customs you will enter into the Arrivals Hall. Turn Right and follow the signs to the Courtesy Coaches and Buses. Proceed all the way along the moving walkway and go down the ramps to the lower level. Exit the building and turn left. If your vehicle is not already there please look out for it.
FROM NORTH TERMINAL
From Customs you will enter the Arrivals Hall. Turn right and exit the Terminal Building. Cross 3 lanes by the traffic lights and proceed under the short term
Car Park. You will emerge in front of the Sofitel Hotel. Please wait at the 'Drop Off Zone'.
Transfer services
The driver will accompany you to the Terminal of your choice or transfer you in our courtesy car. A personal service, no buses, no coaches.
