Arrival Procedure

You will be called 20-30 minutes prior to your arrival time to confirm your drop off time.

In the event that you do not receive a phone call from one of our staff members within 20-30 minutes prior to your arrival , please call our office at on the number provided once you have booked.

Terminal 1

1.When exiting the airport tunnel, drive towards terminal 1 departures/drop off point.
2. Proceed up the ramp keeping to the left.
3. Continue on the ramp, which takes you to the lower deck and park at the departures/drop off point.

Here you will be greeted by one of our chauffeurs, who will have all your booking details and will be wearing a black jacket with our Drivefly company logo on it.

During school holidays, bank holidays, Christmas and New Years the following procedures apply as these are our peak periods, this makes our service a lot more efficient during these busy times.

1.When exiting the airport tunnel, keep in the lane furthest to the left.
2. Follow the sign for: "Terminal 1", "Customer Arrival", "Short-Stay Car Park".
3. Collect your ticket and pass through the barrier.
4. Take the second left which will direct you to the ground level of the car park.
5. Park your car in zone D.

Here you will be greeted by one of our chauffeurs, who will have all your booking details and will be wearing a black jacket with our Drivefly company logo on it.

There is no additional charge to the customer for entering and exiting the car park.

Terminal 2

UNDER CONSTRUCTION

Terminal 3

1.Follow the signs for Terminal 3 after going through the airport tunnel.
2. Then follow the signs for “Terminal 3 passenger drop off point”.
3. Park your car at the furthest lane away from the departures building.

Here you will be greeted by one of our chauffeurs, who will have all your booking details and will be wearing a black jacket with our Drivefly company logo on it.

During school holidays, bank holidays, Christmas and New Years the following procedures apply as these are our peak periods, this makes our service a lot more efficient during these busy times.

1.Follow the signs for Terminal 3 after going through the airport tunnel.
2. Follow the signs for "Terminal 3 Short Stay Car Park".
3. Enter the Short Stay Car Park and proceed to level 5 of the car park.
4. Please park in zone "A" which is located near to the lifts which will take you to Departures.

Here you will be greeted by one of our chauffeurs, who will have all your booking details and will be wearing a black jacket with our Drivefly company logo on it.

There is no additional charge to the customer for entering and exiting the car park.

Terminal 4

1.As you turn off the roundabout towards terminal 4, keep your car on the left-hand lane,
taking you up a ramp towards terminal 4 drop-off point.
2. Park your car at the furthest drop-off lane from the terminal building.
Here you will be greeted by one of our chauffeurs, who will have all your booking details and will be wearing a black jacket with our Drivefly company logo on it.

There is no additional charge to the customer for entering and exiting the car park.

Terminal 5

1. Head towards the pick-up and departure point which will direct you up the flyover. Keep your vehicle on the right side of the ramp.
2. Follow the signs for "Short stay Car Park" found on the right hand side of the ramp.
3. After following the signs for Short Stay Car Park, keep in the left-hand lane marked "Fast track Business Parking".
4. Drive to the Barrier and take a ticket.
5. Make your way to Zones L-M and park your vehicle.

Here you will be greeted by one of our chauffeurs, who will have all your booking details and will be wearing a black jacket with our Drivefly company logo on it.
