Arrival Procedure

N.B. NO ARRIVALS prior to 5am.
There is a surcharge of £10 for arrivals/departures on Boxing day and New Years day payable to the driver on arrival.

Star Parking (AAP LTD) Meeting points at Heathrow:

Terminal 1:
Please call when you are 30 minutes from your scheduled time.
Once you have exited the tunnel follow the signs for Terminal 1 Departures.
This will take you up a ramp which takes you up to the departure level.
Keep in the left hand lane until you drop down to the lower deck of departures which then opens out into 4 set down lanes to which you can park up.
Once there you will be approached by one of our Professional Chauffeurs who will identify themselves by way of our AAP LTD (Star Parking) paperwork.
They will then clarify your return details and give you instructions on what to do upon your return.
Now all you have to do is walk straight into the Terminal to catch your flight and upon your return we will monitor your flight. Once your flight has landed we will then dispatch your vehicle so that when you walk out of the Terminal building your vehicle will be there waiting for you. It’s as simple as that.

Terminal 3:
Please call when you are 30 minutes from your scheduled time.
Once you have exited the tunnel follow the signs for Terminal 3 Departures.
As you approach the terminal keep to the right lane and keep to the furthest lane away from the Terminal and find a place to park up.
Once there you will be approached by one of our Professional Chauffeurs who will identify themselves by way of our AAP LTD (Star Parking) paperwork.
They will then clarify your return details and give you instructions on what to do upon your return.
Now all you have to do is walk straight into the Terminal to catch your flight and upon your return we will monitor your flight.

Terminal 4:
Please call when you are 30 minutes from your scheduled time.
Follow the signs for Terminal 4 Departures, as you approach the Terminal take the ramp up to the Departure level.
There are 3 lanes stay in the third lane which is the furthest lane away from the Terminal and find a place to park up.
Once there you will be approached by one of our Professional Chauffeurs who will identify themselves by way of our AAP LTD (Star Parking) paperwork.
They will then clarify your return details and give you instructions on what to do upon your return.
Now all you have to do is walk straight into the Terminal to catch your flight and upon your return we will monitor your flight. Once your flight has landed we will then dispatch your vehicle so that when you walk out of the Terminal building your vehicle will be there waiting for you. It’s as simple as that.

Please note that Terminal 4 is located on the Southern Perimeter road and not located in the centre area, unlike Terminals 1 & 3.

Terminal 5:
Please call when you are 30 minutes from your scheduled time.
Drive up the ramp towards Departures, bear right at sign for "Short Stay and Passenger Pick Up". Drive under the height restriction arm, keep left and follow sign for "Fast Track". At entrance barrier take a ticket (don’t worry there will be nothing to pay).
Once inside follow arrows on road to "Row L" where our chauffeur will meet you and take your parking ticket.
Note: Please be aware height restrictions apply at all Heathrow terminal car parks and the maximum height is 2.05m, terminal 3/5 car parks do have a high sided vehicle entrances on the ground floors.
