Arrival Procedure
PLEASE HAVE YOUR REFERENCE NUMBER READY.
At the entry barrier, make sure you have your booking details. A member of staff will speak to you through the intercom to confirm your booking details. The member of staff will then give you directions to the correct lane to park in. The shuttle bus will then pick you up along that lane.
Departure Procedure
You will be picked up at the same point you were dropped off at. On exit the barrier will be raised by a member of staff.
Transfer services
Shuttle buses run every 20 mins peak times and between the hours of midnight and 05.00hrs as and when required. The short bus transfer is 6-7mins approx (2 miles) situated on airport boundary.
