Arrival Procedure
You should arrive at the car park at least two hours before you are due to sail.
A member of staff will show you where to park. You should then wait with your car while they check you in and complete the necessary paperwork.
There is a heated indoor waiting area with toilets, seating and a drinks vending machine where you can wait before boarding the transfer bus to the terminal. Transfers are included in the price.
You should aim to arrive at the car park between 11.30am and 3pm if possible. Outside these times you may have to wait longer for a transfer.

City Cruise Terminal - Bay 26
Mayflower Cruise Terminal - Bay 20A
Queen Elizabeth II Terminal - Report to a uniformed member of Cruise Parking staff
Buses collect regularly from the cruise terminals between 7am and 11am when ships are docking, and transfers are included in the price. Transfers outside of these times are available on request.
Transfer services
Dedicated minibuses and luxury coaches run a regular transfer service between the car park and cruise terminals and are included in the price.
