20 minutes prior to arrival at the airport, call the chauffeur to let him know that you are running on time, they will arrange to meet you outside the airport terminal at a designated area. Once there they will help you unload your luggage and take your car to be stored at a secure car park for the duration of your trip. The departure times given are the times the chauffeur have scheduled for you any other times cannot be guaranteed.

Please call the chauffeur when you have landed to let them know you haven’t been delayed. Once you have collected your luggage and cleared customs call the chauffeur again and make your way back to the designated area where you dropped off your vehicle and the chauffeur will be there waiting for you.
