20 minutes prior to arrival at the airport, call the chauffeur to let him know that you are running on time, they will arrange to meet you at the Red Zone Drop off which is on the approach to the main terminal opposite car park 1. Once there they will help you unload your luggage and take your car to be stored at a secure car park for the duration of your trip. The departure times given are the times the chauffeur have scheduled for you. Any other times cannot be guaranteed.

Simply call the chauffeur on your return. Let them know you have collected your luggage and cleared customs. They will be waiting at a pre-arranged designated area with your vehicle. Please note the airport have started to charge £1 for the first 10 minutes and £1.50 for the first 20 minutes in the Pick Up Zone.
