N.B. NO ARRIVALS prior to 5am. There is a surcharge of £10 for arrivals/departures on Boxing day and New Years day payable to the driver on arrival. One of the Star team will collect your car from the designated terminal, (T1 and T5 see below) at the specified meeting time, and drive it to their 24hr secure parking site, which is situated within a 3 mile radius of Heathrow Central. TERMINAL 1 meeting instructions: Customer Arrival: Proceed through the tunnel to the central terminal areas, stay in the far left hand lane, enter car park 1 through the barrier taking a ticket, proceed to the lower ground floor which is the second left after the barrier, hand the ticket and your keys to your driver whom will have paperwork with all your details or ID. On your arrival back to T1: From the arrivals area on the ground floor proceed out of the terminal into car park 1 which is directly opposite the main entrance on the ground floor, then make your way back to the lower ground floor where you dropped off your car. Note: If you are on a domestic flight arrivals is upstairs on the departure level, proceed to the exit, once outside go to the lifts in the centre of the drop off area and choose the lower ground floor button to where you dropped off your car. TERMINAL 5 - NEW CAR DROP OFF POINT Drive up the ramp towards Departures. Bear right at sign for "Short Stay and Passenger Pick Up". Drive under the height restriction arm, keep left and follow sign for "Fast Track". At entrance barrier take a ticket (don`t worry there will be nothing to pay). Once inside follow arrows on road to "Row L" where our chauffeur will meet you and take your parking ticket. The departure times given are the times the chauffeur have scheduled for you, if you arrive at any other times a meet cannot be guaranteed. (please phone to advise of any delays)

Once you have landed back into Heathrow Airport, and collected your luggage, call Star Meet & Greet on the phone number provided, and they will have your car delivered within 10 minutes for T1, 2 & 3 and within 15 minutes for T4.
