15 minutes prior to arrival at the airport, call the chauffeur to let him know that you are running on time. They will arrange to meet you outside the airport terminal at a designated area. Once there, they will help you unload your luggage and take your car to be stored at a secure car park for the duration of your trip. Meeting times will be according to your original booking therefore, should you experience any delay or anticipate an early arrival at the terminal please contact your chauffeur whereby they will endeavour to reschedule an earlier/later meeting time. In order to accommodate you at least 30 minutes notice is appreciated.

Simply call the chauffeur on your return. Let them know you have collected your luggage and cleared customs. They will be waiting at a pre-arranged designated area with your vehicle. It is the responsibility of the customer to inform PPS of any change to the return time.
