- I wouldn't recommend using this service until Luton airport has finished the construction works on site. All the meet and greet companies have been allocated a small area of the short stay car park, causing confusion when you drop off your car (not knowing who to talk to, I got told by 2 different company representatives that I need to speak to a certain person, then finally speaking to this person he had no idea what he was doing) One guy with a hat and big white beard was great though, he sorted us right out.
Major traffic due to building works at the airport meant our meet and greet took 50mins to deliver our car at the short stay after calling them once baggage was collected. Now I know that these are all problems out of there control, but I thought it was a bit cheeky that I paid the same amount for this service as I would once all the works have completed.
