When you arrive, all you need to do is park in one of the marked bays and report to reception. Present your printed SkyParkSecure confirmation (or quote your booking reference) and hand in your car keys. Your vehicle will be parked for you whilst you board the transfer bus to the terminal.

There are regular transfers on Airparks buses, where you can get free wifi, and you also get a friendly service from staff who will actually park your car at Airparks for you, so you don't even need to hunt for a space.

The transfer bus operates 24 hours a day, running every 25 minutes and taking only 15 minutes to get there between 03.00 and 23.55. Outside of these times, a regular shuttle service is run on request. Transfer buses are frequent and efficient so there's no need to worry about getting to-and-from the airport.

Please note: We recommend that you allow around 50 minutes for check-in and transfer to the airport as delays can be experienced when major events are held at the National Exhibition Centre.

The landing service runs on demand. Please collect your luggage and clear customs before calling the office on the number on your confirmation. Instructions will be given on where we will collect you and your car will be ready and waiting.
