I Love Meet & Greet
At Gatwick and Stansted
A Quick Overview of I Love Meet & Greet
Meet and greet is simply the easiest way to travel to and from the airport and our friendly team and Park Mark accredited car parks are here to put your mind at rest, so you can focus on your holiday or business trip.
In the past, Gatwick Airport had experienced bad press when it came to some disreputable airport parking provers. The introduction of the Approved Operator Scheme in July 2013, aimed to turn this around to improve the quality of Gatwick valet parking. I Love meet and greet are proud to say they were one of the first airport parking companies to be approved by the scheme and we haven’t looked back since.
Secure airport parking is a priority to them, and that’s why all our their car parks are also assured with the Park Mark accreditation. So you can rest easy whilst you’re away on your holiday or business trip.
In fact, the Approved Operator Scheme only uses those parking companies who’ve earned the Buy With Confidence Accreditation and the Park Mark Award. The Buy With Confidence Scheme aims to offer assurance to customers, whilst the Safer Parking Scheme is an initiative of the Association of the Chief of Police designed to reduce crime in parking facilities.
The Buy with Confidence scheme was launched in 2008 and is run by local authority Trading Standards. In order to become a Buy with Confidence member, a business must first apply or be recommended to join the scheme and then pass a set of tailored background checks.
Membership of the scheme is not given lightly – among other checks, each applicant will have their complaints history reviewed and will receive a visit from Trading Standards. Good references are required from previous customers and applicants must agree to abide by the scheme's code of conduct, which requires them to follow the letter and spirit of the law.
Customers should ensure the company they park with holds this accreditation to ensure their cars are looked after and secure at all times.
IAPA acts a central body which promotes the views of its members to governing bodies and is involved in influencing the interests of the off airport parking industry. Most of its members have over 30 years of experience in airport parking and understand the needs of the public being able to choose a reliable company to provide their airport parking.
Established in 2002 and changed in 2011 to include meet and greet operators, IAPA members provide about 45,000 off airport parking spaces. IAPA promotes best practise and its members all have Park Mark awards for their car parks.
