evPark Giant offers, efficient and friendly meet and greet service for your get away. They will service all the terminals at Heathrow. Park Giant offer this service with EV Charging for your electric car whilst you are away so that on your return you can complete your journey with confidence that you will get to your end destination.

Customers MUST be contactable on the number they have provided on the booking. The company will only pay for a maximum of 15 minutes parking. If there are any changes in any of the booked time (s) please keep the operator informed.

Ensure that you have removed your travel documentation, phones, any cash, and all valuables from your vehicle. No responsibility is accepted for any personal items left in vehicles.

Hand over the vehicle and keys to our fully insured Chauffeur, sign the paperwork and head straight into your terminal check-in. A fully insured chauffeur will drive your vehicle to our secure location for storage whilst you are away.

Directions

Terminal 2 - Postcode TW6 1EW From the M25 exit at Junction 14, follow the signs for Terminals 1, 2 & 3 all the way round following onto the Western Perimeter Road. Go through the main tunnel to the Central Terminal Area for Terminals 1, 2 & 3. Exiting the tunnel, keep right, passing the Central Bus Station, joining the final approaches to Terminal 2 on Cosmopolitan Way. Again, keep right as the road to Terminal 2 will move away from building, before turning back as the road ramps up to Terminal 2 Departures & the Short Stay 2 car park on Constellation Way. On the rising ramp, continue to keep right as the ramp will lead directly into the "Short stay car park" entry barriers. Take the barrier ticket and enter the car park. Entering the car park on Level 4, keep RIGHT for Level 4 following the signs for Off Airport Parking Meet & Greet and then park your vehicle in "Row B". where you will be met by TERMINALS PARKING Chauffeur to collect your car.

Terminal 3 - Postcode TW6 3QG From the M25 exit at Junction 14, follow the signs for Terminals 1, 2 & 3 all the way round following onto the Western Perimeter Road. Go through the main tunnel to the Central Terminal Area for Terminals 1, 2 & 3. Exiting the tunnel, keep in the 1st lane and follow signs for Terminal 3 Short Stay Carpark (Carpark 3). Take a ticket from the barrier and take your car to Level 4, then park your vehicle in ROW “A” where you will be met by TERMINALS PARKING Chauffeur to collect your car.

Terminal 4 - Post Code TW6 3XA As you leave the Terminal 4 roundabout, follow signs for Short Stay Parking. Drive up the ramp and stay towards the right. Take a ticket enter the Short Stay Car Park, stay on the right and go to level 2. Follow signs for Off-Airport Parking, Rows E and F and park in a bay where your uniformed driver will meet you.

Terminal 5 - Post Code TW6 2GA Drive towards the PICK UP AND DEPATURE. As you go up the ramp you will see signs for SHORT STAY CAR PARK. Follow the sign (this is Level 4 of the TERMINAL CAR PARK) but keep in the left-hand side lane marked FAST TRACK BUSINESS PARKING, drive to the barrier and take a ticket, (There is no additional charge to the customer for entering the TERMINAL CAR PARK) then proceed to ROW S or R, where you will be met by TERMINALS PARKING Chauffeur to collect your car.

You must check your vehicle in full upon arrival and advise the company of any concerns before moving from the parking bay. Damage claims and other issues will not be accepted if reported after leaving the parking bay. Sign the paperwork and collect your vehicle from the designated point. Entering the Heathrow Drop-Off areas (signposted) will incur additional fees that are payable directly to the airport.

Please ensure that you have your booking confirmation email with you when you travel.<br />Your vehicle needs to be roadworthy and safe to be driven by the chauffeurs. The company may not accept a vehicle with less than a 15% charge on drop-off and can only guarantee a minimum charge level of 80%.

Please ensure that you have the 3 pin plug EV charging cables stored in the vehicle and the company will not accept liability for any issue arising from an EV charge or charging level. Please note that standard charging times will apply with standard charging facilities and your travel dates and times may limit charging.

Tesla Supercharging is available with Meet & Greet and additional Tesla costs may apply. Available at request only.

Please be aware that from the 29th of August 2023 the Ultra Low Emission Zone (ULEZ) in London is being expanded to include Heathrow airport. Vehicles that do not meet the ULEZ standards could face a daily charge.
