- When booking "Meet and Greet" I expect the car to be waiting as I leave the terminal. We were asked not to phone until we had our luggage which meant we still had a 20 minute wait. Not good enough and defeats the object of paying extra for "Meet and Greet". Other companies have the car waiting presumably by tracking the flight numbers and landing times. The first time I have had this issue but also first time I have used Knights.
