No need to call when you are on your way. There is a designated blue Circle desk located in the short stay car park with friendly chauffeurs waiting to accept your car.
Drive to the Short Stay car park and up to Level 2, look for the "Off Airport Meet and Greet' sign, our desk is located in the lobby.
Please have your booking confirmation ready, together with your return flight information.
From there, it's a short walk to the terminal while the driver parks your car in a protected car park.

Terminal 5- Sat-Navigation postcode: TW6 2GA

Follow the signs for Short stay Car Park found on the right hand side of the ramp as you enter the exit for Terminal 5 roundabout.

After following the signs for Short Stay Car Park, you will see a sign on the left-hand lane marked LEVEL 4.

Stay in this lane which will take you straight to a set of barriers.

Take the ticket from the barrier and make your way to Zones R to S. Park your vehicle in these designated areas which is sign posted in these zones as Off Airport Meet & Greet.

Here you see one of our chauffeurs who is based near the ticket pay machine, who will have all your booking details and will be wearing a black jacket with the Blue Circle company logo on it. Click to browse our range of Heathrow terminal 5 parking options.

Please note that your specified meet time is appointed. If you should arrive before or after this time this may result in a delay and additional charges.

Waiting Time: As long as the arrival and return procedures are followed correctly waiting time should not be longer than 20 minutes.

Terminal 4

Once you have collected your luggage and are about to clear Customs, call the number given when your car was collected. As you exit the arrival Hall, cross the road directly towards the Short Stay Car park on the Ground floor. As you walk outside the Arrival building to the short stay car park, walk across to the other side of the car park right by the pay machine which is located next the pedestrian crossing. Your vehicle will be returned where the Black and White signs say Off Air Meet & Greet at the furthest point of the car park away from the Terminal building on the Right hand side.Depending on the product you have paid for; you may be required to pay for the airport exit fee on your return. Please ask our driver for clarification.

Terminal 5

Once you have collected your luggage and are about to clear Customs, call the number given when your car was collected. Make your way to the same place where you dropped the vehicle off; Level 4 short stay car park, and the vehicle will be parked in Row R OR S. Depending on the product you have paid for, you may be required to pay for the airport exit fee on your return. Please ask our driver for clarification.

The compound is surrounded by high fencing with razor wire. The compound is further manned with 24 hr security patrol, and has no public access to the compound.

No transfer hassles — customers are met at the terminals 4 and 5 only. Customers are required to pay £3.50 to exit the car park on leaving the airport.

This NON-FLEX product cannot be amended or cancelled. This service is provided by Blue Circle.

Customer is required to pay the exit fee of £3.50 (which covers 0-30 minutes after this normal airport tariff applies) when leaving the airport.

This service is not available between 23:30pm and 03:30am

If a Customer returns later than 00.00am & before 04.00a.m there will be an extra charge of £25 for midnight services.
