The man who answered the phone sounded like we were a nuisance and initially told us we were due 4 hours later. Luckily we had the paperwork handy and insisted. He sounded grumpy and said he was out on the road and would be a while. He was. On our return the guy who answered the phone asked if we wanted picking up.what else would we want? He grumbled that we'd have to give him 10 minutes. After 15 minutes your van picked up someone else at the far side of the car park. As I was expecting my car I didn't flag him down. 15 minutes later when I called him he said he was on his way and the delay was my fault for not telling him I was chauffeur service.when he arrived 10 to 15 minutes later he again told me the delay was my fault. I said that a requirement to state i had ordered chauffeur parking was not in the paperwork and wasn't that his job. He told me the guy who dropped me should have told me. No hint of an apology was ever offered. I told him I wouldn't be using your company again. He said there were loads of cars and it was impossible to tell which were chauffeur ( the brown paper key tag he was holding in his hand clearly identified my car key as chauffeur) ? This was very very far from value for money and added stress to both ends of my journey.

This was the first time I used their service and I was very disappointed with the service level. I had to wait one hour before someone came to collect the vehicle from from and on return I had to wait for another 45 min.

Arrival procedure for Liverpool Chauffeur Parking
20 minutes prior to arrival at the airport, call the chauffeur and they will arrange to meet you at EXPRESS drop off on the airport. Once there they will help you unload your luggage and take your car to be stored at a secure car park for the duration of your trip.
IMPORTANT: There are height restrictions in place at Liverpool Airport.
If your vehicle exceeds 1.9 metres in height (including roof boxes), you must inform the chauffeur prior to arrival, as they will have to meet you at a different part of the airport.
Please note that your specified meet time is appointed. If you should arrive before or after this time this may result in a delay.
Return Procedure for Liverpool Chauffeur Parking
Simply call the chauffeur once you have collected your luggage and cleared customs. They will be waiting at a pre-arranged designated area with your vehicle.
On leaving short stay you will incur a cost of £2.00
