Couldn't fault the service, all went very smooth by the time we walked to our arranged meeting place the driver was pulling up with our car

The service were unaware of my booking and I had to hand them the confirmation paper I had printed out. Upon return they still didn't know about our booking (even with the paper work!!!) and then we were left to pay exit charges which have always previously been included in the chauffeur service. It doesnt seem worth the extra pay!

Arrival procedure for Liverpool Chauffeur Parking
20 minutes prior to arrival at the airport, call the chauffeur and they will arrange to meet you at EXPRESS drop off on the airport. Once there they will help you unload your luggage and take your car to be stored at a secure car park for the duration of your trip.
IMPORTANT: There are height restrictions in place at Liverpool Airport.
If your vehicle exceeds 1.9 metres in height (including roof boxes), you must inform the chauffeur prior to arrival, as they will have to meet you at a different part of the airport.
Please note that your specified meet time is appointed. If you should arrive before or after this time this may result in a delay.
Return Procedure for Liverpool Chauffeur Parking
Simply call the chauffeur once you have collected your luggage and cleared customs. They will be waiting at a pre-arranged designated area with your vehicle.
On leaving short stay you will incur a cost of £2.00
