Car Park Luton - Park and Ride - Covered
DO NOT USE! the arriving instructions are contradicting, giving two satnav postcodes. The car park is a local shopping centre and not secured. There are no toilet/lift facilities if you arrive outside the shopping hours and you have to park on level 5. The car that dropped us at the airport wasn’t great, the seatbelt didn’t work properly and part of the seat was damaged so you had to be careful getting in and out. When we arrived back at the airport and called to arrange the transfer we were told they were unable to provide it due to issues, we were told to get a taxi and send the receipt to the company we booked with. The taxi was £16 even though it’s only a 5min journey as you have to pay for them to get out of the airport and when I sent it to the company I booked through they advised they don’t get involved in refunds etc. they have sent to the car park manager to investigate. It’s now been over a week and I haven't heard anything so assume I won’t see the money again!

Really terrible experience. When arriving the person we spoke with on the phone was incredibly rude and made the experience very stressful. On our return we made contact and were told someone would be with us shortly, after waiting an hour we had to get a taxi as we couldn’t get hold of anyone and no one contact us back. One of the worst experiences and would NEVER do again or recommend to anyone.

When you return, please call Car Park Luton on the dedicated phone number, 07437560374, and they will be right with you.
Your minibus driver will take you back to the airport car parking facility, where they will give you back your vehicle keys ready for the drive home.
