Arrival Procedure for SMG Meet & Greet Parking

Meeting point: London Stansted Airport terminal drop-off point.

1. Call the car park on the operations number provided in your booking confirmation approximately 25–30 minutes before you arrive at the airport. The operations line is available between 03:45 and 00:45 for flights landing before 23:55. Calls outside these hours cannot be answered.

2. A representative will guide you to the designated drop-off point at the terminal.

3. Hand over your keys — a uniformed, CRB-checked driver will take care of your vehicle from this point.

Please note: if you are running early, a minimum of 30 minutes' notice is required. If you arrive before your booked time without calling ahead, SMG cannot guarantee a driver will be available and you may be subject to airport car park charges. If you are running late, call the operations number at least 30 minutes before your booked arrival time — a £20 rebooking fee may apply, subject to availability. Arrivals with insufficient notice may be treated as a no-show with all monies forfeited.

Important: Exit fees of £10–£13 are charged by Stansted Airport and are payable by the customer on both drop-off and collection. These fees are set by the airport and are subject to change without notice.

Return Procedure for SMG Meet & Greet Parking at London Stansted Airport

Once you have collected your luggage, call the operations number provided in your booking confirmation. If you have hand luggage only, please call after clearing passport control. A representative will guide you to the collection point.

Your vehicle will be ready approximately 40 minutes after your flight lands. If you experience any delay after landing, contact the car park using the number in your confirmation as soon as possible.

Please note: exit fees of £10–£13 are payable on collection, as set by Stansted Airport.

Security Information

SMG Parking operates a fully fenced, CCTV-monitored car park with good illumination and regular night-time security patrols. All drivers are uniformed, carry ID, and are CRB checked.

The service offers maximum convenience — a uniformed driver meets you directly at the terminal, parks your vehicle securely, and returns it to you on arrival. No shuttle, no transfer, no time wasted. The car park is staffed and monitored throughout your trip, with additional services including valeting, vehicle servicing, and EV charging available for an extra fee.

• Airport exit fee: £10–£13 each way, payable to Stansted Airport on drop-off and collection — fees are set by the airport and subject to change

• Oversized vehicle surcharge: from £40 for vehicles exceeding a standard UK parking space (4.8m x 2.4m)

• Rebooking fee: £20 administration charge may apply for time changes

• EV charging: available at additional cost, subject to prior arrangement

• Valeting and vehicle servicing: available at additional cost
