At 12.50 pm a very rainy night we were set down at zone 2 and told to walk across mud and puddles “in that direction “.On departure day we boarded the bus again in the dark by the zone 3 sign. So with no idea where the car was we had to walk up and down rows clicking the key fob. So not impressed

Easy to find location and very quick transfer to the terminal. On return, picked up within three minutes of getting to the bus stop and dropped a few paces from our car. ( but it was February and we were the only ones on the bus which may have made a difference). Staff were polite and gave clear instructions.

The bus driver who picked us up around 9pm on 9th Feb, was super helpful, jolly and made sure everyone got on and off the bus safely and even offered to help us onto the bus as we had a lot of luggage with a small child. He was also very helpful as we couldn’t find our ticket and he did not make us feel like an inconvenience.

Arrival procedure for Birmingham Airparks Self Park
Drive to the car park, and pull up to the arrivals area. A member of the team will check you in and guide you to a space. Keep your keys and make your way to the nearest bus stop, the journey takes around 3 minutes.
Return procedure
When you get back, make your way to bus stop A and wait a few minutes for the bus. Then, get off at the stop nearest to your car It will be where you left it.
If in the event you lose your ticket, please show the Airparks marshal photo ID and they will proceed to ask you security questions in order for you to exit the car park. Please make sure you have photo ID to hand to be used in this case.
For any customers that return from their trip early, please contact Airparks directly to allow notice. There may be a delay in your car being returned if prior notice is not given. Airparks cannot offer a refund for any pre-booked parking that isn't used.
Security
There is CCTV in operation, along with security fencing and 24 hour staff. The car park is barrier controlled for your vehicle's safety.

Check in with the team at the arrivals area and they'll show you where to park. Keep your keys, make a note of where you parked, and hop on the included bus to the terminal – it takes 3 minutes.
When you return, head back to the car park on the bus, and your car will be where you left it.

Disabled Facilities
Airparks can accommodate any customer. Simply call the team 30 minutes prior to your arrival and the team are happy to assist if you have any further queries. All Airparks buses and toilets are accessible at the car park.

The car park offers a grace period up until midnight at their discretion. Any longer than this and you'll be charged the car park's standard rate of £25 per day. This is subject to change.
Most standard cars (without trailers/not commercial vehicles) will be accepted at the car park as long as they fit in a standard-size parking bay (2.4m x 4.8m).
