Return procedure

All good, but barrier wouldn't open at exit so had to have a long chat with the speaker to get released :-(

Easy to find- we have been before. Quickly found a convenient parking space. On return, our Assistance helper brought my husband in a wheelchair right into the car park. No problems with barriers.

The booking process was straightforward as was arriving at the car park. We overstayed by a day and on our return the man on the gate sorted it out re balance to pay really well. The instructions for overstaying were also clear. Only slight gripe was the ability to inform you about fact we would be a day late and a response to that message quickly.
