BHX SPS Mystery
Dreadful. No clue where exactly to go and then total breakdown in communications between car park staff and assistance team. Absolutely horrible experience both ways. Saying that, ONE member of (I presume) Mystery/Platinum staff, who checked me in, took pity on elderly disabled solo passenger (me) and got one of his drivers to ****** me and my luggage to the terminal. Chaos coming back too. Will never use again.

I made an initial mistake on the drop-off but they still accepted. Paid a fee to change which was totally acceptable. On pickup, very efficient and phoned me back when car was ready to save waiting outside. Will use every time from now on.
