the phone number supplied was not answered at the time of parking, no one was there to meet us and no one contacted us. We had to arrange an alternative emergency parking option. Having then complained vie email we were told the email address was decommissioned and having then used the alternative email we have note received a reply. Now planning to contact travel media to tell of our awful experience.

Was a little apprehensive but given guaranteed parking on site, run by the airport and a reasonable price, we chanced it. So glad we did! Ended up with Platinum Valet parking - a fantastic meet and greet service. Will definitely use again!

Had to wait both when dropping car off and picking car up. Took me 18 calls to get through when we landed.

Great service , prompt and great for access. Only slight issue was picking up the car as they had the wrong date for pickup . But only had to wait 15mins so no big drama. Good value for money for 10days
