Arrival procedure for the Long Stay 2 car park at East Midlands airport

Drive up to the entrance barrier for your chosen car park and stop.

The Automatic Number Plate Recognition system (ANPR) will read your vehicles number plate, verify this against your booking details and the barrier should then open automatically. Please note, this process may take up to 30 to 40 seconds to happen.

If for any reason the barrier does not open after this time, please press the Assistance button and a member of staff will confirm your booking details with you and subsequently open the barrier to allow you entry.
Please DO NOT press for a ticket to gain access to the car park, as this is not required and doing so will disable the ANPR system in relation to your booking.

Park your car, unload your luggage and proceed to the shuttle bus which runs 24 hours a day, every 10 minutes. Transfer time approx 5 minutes.

Return procedure

Check your booking confirmation for full details.

On leaving the car park, proceed straight to the exit barrier and stop.
The ANPR system will read your vehicles number plate, verify this against your booking details and the barrier should then open automatically. Please note, this process may take up to 30 to 40 seconds to happen.

If for any reason the barrier does not open after this time, please press the Assistance button and a member of staff will confirm your booking details with you and subsequently open the barrier to allow you exit.
Please DO NOT in any circumstance insert your credit card or debit card into the barrier as a further payment will be taken.

This is a self park product so you can take your keys with you.

Disabled spaces are available but are on a first come, first served basis.

This car park does not accept trailers and has a height restriction of 6ft 6in.

Cancel Policy

You can cancel the Official East Midlands Airport Long Stay 2 contract by giving us at least 72 hours' notice prior to the car park arrival time and date. Once the cancellation is confirmed you will receive email confirmation. Any bookings for an Official East Midlands Airport car park cancelled within 72 hours of the car park arrival date will not be refunded.
