Very good all round service but i didn't understand why I had to pay to get out when I had already paid.

Our booking was for 0800 hours. At 0740 the driver phoned me and said pull at the far left gate and park in D space. We arrived at 0750 got a token at the gate and parked in car park D. Nobody met us so we went and checked in at the airport. The driver then rang at 0820 and was so rude! Asking where the car keys and token are. I explained nobody met us and he never said that to us on the phone call at 0740 hours. He said I should have read my email and he rang because we were late!, I told him the email said car park C not the instructions he told me plus our booking was at 0800 and he rang at 0740!He then became more frustrated because he was wrong. He then told us we will be fined and I asked if I could speak to a manager. He refused and told me it’s only him but sent someone to the security desk to collect the car keys. 20 min later he phoned again stating we have not given him the token over. I told him he never asked when he was being rude. In his frustration he ended the call. On the return we stayed in Spain and our elderly parents collected the car. The driver was so rude to them it was unacceptable. He would not answer questions about the token and how they get out.the driver said have another token and charged them £12. He also said we will be fined £200, I can only presume it was the same rude person who I dealt with at the start of the holiday unless there is more than one of them. If we do get a fine for £200 then I will get legal advice and this is worth challenging! If you book I would follow the email direction and take no notice of the driver that phones you before you arrive.

hidden fees on both arrival and departure made them more expensive than simply using the airport parking, plus left for half an hour in the rain whilst they got the car on my return. Will never use again and do not recommend at all

Disabled Facilities
No transfers are needed, This Meet and Greet will offer disabled customers who would find it difficult to use transfer buses and will offer a more convenient solution to your airport parking requirements as by booking Midlands parking your car is collected from the terminal when you leave, and brought back to you at the terminal on your return.

Please print and take a copy of your confirmation email with you on your day of travel.
Please arrive at least 30 mins before your earliest recommended check in time.
Airport charges are payable at the drop off / Collection £6 for 30 mins. We accept cash / All major cards.
Car Park accepts larger vehicles i.e. Camper Van, 18ft long, 10ft high. If it fits into a normal car parking space. No long-based vehicles or over 2 meters wide.
On Arrival
30 minutes prior to arrival at the airport, call the chauffeur line and they will arrange to meet you at the Short Stay1 at the airport. Once there, they will check the details of your return. The Parking representative will make a brief video of your vehicle upon collection and take your car to be stored in our car park for the duration of your trip.
When you approach the terminal, stay in the extreme left-hand lane (Marked Short Stay 1) following the lane and park in row C next to the pay station where our staff will meet you.
Airport charges are payable at the drop off / Collection £6 for 30 mins. They accept cash / All major cards except Amex.
On Return
Simply call the chauffeur on your return and let them know you have collected your luggage and cleared customs. They will be waiting at Short Stay 1-row C next to the pay station area with your vehicle at given time.
On leaving Short Stay 1 area you would pay airport charges of £6.00 at the barrier or at the pay station.
