The warden told us to park up and was on the last bay - which was a fair walk to the key drop off point. we asked to use the other lane next to it but he declined, then let the car behind us use the closer lane. On return after a long day , the car key was not in an allocated security box ? we had to search for a staff member who eventually came after 10 mins of us looking about. apparently the key boxes were full !! this should not happen as we had a 3 hour drive to get back home. The whole purpose of using this service is to speed things up. which it did not.

Very simple process - this is the first time I have used this but I will definitely use it again! The staff are very helpful, no question is too small for them 😊 I would highly recommend.

Drop your car off right at the airport terminal

Arrival procedure for the FastPark Meet & Greet
Enter the vehicle photobooth where HD cameras will take 360 degree images of your car.
Then park in one of the ferry lanes, grab your luggage and head to the FastPark reception.
To check your car in, simply scan your booking barcode on the FastPark app or type in the booking reference from the confirmation email.
Once checked in, add a FastPark tag to your car keys and drop them in the key chute.
You can then head off and enjoy your trip, knowing that while you’re away your car will be parked by fully-insured drivers at a secure on-airport location for the duration of your trip.
Return procedure
Ahead of your return, your car will be taken back through the HD Photo Booth to ensure it’s in the exact same condition as when you left it.
Your car will then be parked in your FastPark collection bay.
After picking up your luggage, head to the FastPark reception, scan the booking barcode at your collection locker and your keys will be waiting for you inside the locker.
Security
Car park is manned 24hrs, frequently patrolled and enclosed by security fencing. CCTV.
