ON MY RETURN I COULD NOT GET INTO MY CAR. NOT ENOUGH ROOM TO OPEN THE DRIVERS DOOR. LARGE LAND ROVER PARKED IN THE NEXT BAY. NEARSIDE PARKED OVER THE WHITE LINE. I THEN HAD TO CLAMBER OVER THE PASSENGER SEAT TO GET INTO THE DRIVERS SEAT. NOT A LOT OF ROOM ON THAT SIDE EITHER. HAVING USED THIS PARKING AREA SEVERAL TIMES I AM FAR FROM HAPPY.

Was hard to find at 4am , not signposted from main road , went to wrong car park first . Once got there was staff to explain and direct you and help drop the keys . On return was pretty straightforward scanning the ticket to get keys and fob showed where car was parked

The parking experience is very good, park up leave your keys and after just a very short walk you are at the check in desk, cannot fault the service, my only gripe is when you leave the car park, it is not as straight forward as when you enter, I would have expected the same number plate reader as when I entered, but I had to call for assistance, if there is another exit it is not clearly identified, which is a shame as it would have been a five star review apart from this minor annoyance. I would still highly recommend this car park if you want to leave your at Edinburgh, and if possible book early, you normally get a better price.

Arrival procedure for the FastPark Meet & Greet
Enter the vehicle photobooth where HD cameras will take 360 degree images of your car.
Then park in one of the ferry lanes, grab your luggage and head to the FastPark reception.
To check your car in, simply scan your booking barcode on the FastPark app or type in the booking reference from the confirmation email.
Once checked in, add a FastPark tag to your car keys and drop them in the key chute.
You can then head off and enjoy your trip, knowing that while youāre away your car will be parked by fully-insured drivers at a secure on-airport location for the duration of your trip.
Return procedure
Ahead of your return, your car will be taken back through the HD Photo Booth to ensure itās in the exact same condition as when you left it.
Your car will then be parked in your FastPark collection bay.
After picking up your luggage, head to the FastPark reception, scan the booking barcode at your collection locker and your keys will be waiting for you inside the locker.
Security
Car park is manned 24hrs, frequently patrolled and enclosed by security fencing. CCTV.
