I prepaid for parking and on exit the barrier would not lift so I had to call for assistance. The chap on the other end was very abrupt, no apologies - very poor customer service. We pay good money for a good service not to be treated like animals.

The location is excellent , as you just walk from the car park to the airport. The signage for the car park isn’t great at all. It needs to be made clearer. I drove into car park , and was unsure if I was in the right car park. I had to ask some cabin crew , they were unsure also. They said the name changes all the time
