You no longer need to call Ace Parking on your way to Gatwick unless you are arriving more than 2 hours early or late. Please just make sure you follow carefully the directions and arrival instructions below to the meeting point at your terminal. You can still call Ace if you need any help on the day of travel, otherwise just proceed to the dedicated meeting point below where their friendly staff will check your details and the driver will check over and park your car. For help on the day, if needed, call Ace Parking and select option 2. Please be sure to have your paperwork and or booking reference ready on arrival so that staff can identify you.

Once you have all of your luggage please call Ace Parking.

Please be aware that if you call for your car and do not collect it within 20 minutes at the meeting point, you will be subject to the Short Stay charges thereafter. If you are returning earlier than the date or time that you booked, please contact Ace Parking (on the number above) 24 hours in advance to avoid any delays.

This car park is fully secured and monitored 24 hours a day.

Approved by Trading Standards, every approved operator is required to demonstrate that their parking facilities meet planning and security requirements.

No transfers are needed, Meet and Greet will offer disabled customers who would find it difficult to use transfer buses meet and greet will offer a more convenient solution to your airport parking requirements as by booking ace parking your car is collected from the terminal when you leave, and brought back to you at the terminal on your return.

Due to ongoing works at Gatwick Airport Terminals, the meeting point might change whilst the works are being carried out and in such cases you will be advised when you call us prior to arrival or return.

Parking is for cars only and cars must fit into a standard sized parking space (2.4m wide x 4.8m long).

Extra charges will apply for cars that do not fit into a standard parking space and must be arranged with Ace Parking prior to the drop off date. Very large vehicles and minibuses may be refused if prior arrangements are not made. Minibuses/vehicles with more than 8 passenger seats cannot be accepted for Meet & Greet services.

It is your responsibility to make sure that your vehicle has road tax, holds a valid MOT certificate and is roadworthy/legal. If your car isn't legal and/or safe to drive, Ace Parking will not be able to drive it to the car park, and you will not be able to get a refund.

If you are returning ahead of schedule, please telephone Ace Parking ASAP. They must have 24 hrs notice (or as much notice as possible) so that they can make sure the vehicle is ready and you are not kept waiting on your return. Refunds cannot be given for part used bookings.

Due to ongoing work at both terminals at Gatwick, the 'Approved' meeting points could change on the day. You will be informed when you call if there are any changes that will affect you.

Please allow sufficient time for the driver to complete Ace’s check-in procedure and conduct the necessary photographic vehicle inspection on your arrival. This usually takes 3-4 minutes. Failure to leave adequate time for our driver to complete this may relinquish any claim for damage not recorded as a result. If you are running late this can be completed by our driver after you have left but before he or she moves your car.
