Simply pull up to the barrier and wait for your number plate to be scanned and for damage limitation cameras to take a photo of your cars’ condition prior to drop off.

Park in the signposted arrival lane, go to the reception desk, hand over your keys and an attendant will provide you with a receipt.

Wait inside the reception building or at the designated bus stop for the free shuttle to then take you to the North Terminal.

Free shuttle buses run every 10 to 12 minutes from the Car Park and take between 7 and 12 minutes to reach the terminal.

When you land back into Gatwick, follow signs for North Terminal Exit / Car Parks. Exit the terminal on the Ground Floor, turn left and go to the Summer Special branded bus stop (No. 2) at the far end of the forecourt.
Check the bus is going to the correct car park and advise the driver where you have parked when boarding.
When you return to the car park, head to the reception desk and hand over your receipt to reclaim your keys. Your vehicle will be parked in a bay close to the reception for your collection.
Once you are back in your car, proceed to the exit barrier, scan your ticket and the barrier will open.
