Was given a card on arrival and told to phone this number when we arrived back to arrange pick up. 2 cars 6 adults one child under two. The driver was extremely rude as he had to wait as we were held up at baggage collection waiting for the babies buggy!! No instruction on the said card on mentioned to phone after bags were collected. Also other customers arrived after us for the same collection. Nearly £100 paid for both cars for both1 week parking. Neither cheap or customer centred!!

Great car park. Shame other users can't park properly between the lines of the very clearly marked bays. We counted 6 lost spaces due to bad/selfish parking just in the area we used. Only niggle was, as bus was due to head to airport, next bus driver arrived to start his shift so bus journey was stopped and we had to wait 10 mins for new driver to get organised. May have been a problem if somebody is cutting it fine for arriving for their check-in. Will use the car park again.

Arrival procedure for the Park 'n' Fly car park at Glasgow Airport
On entry, approach the barrier (the system will recognise your number plate and automatically open) and park at the first available space. Then make your way to the pickup point for transfer to the airport.
Return procedure
On your return please call your driver then make your way to bus stop 5, located directly outside arrivals to take your transfer.
At the car park exit the barrier will open automatically.
