on my booking we were advised to go to the car park, where we would be met. On the day of departure i was rung to ask if id left home yet. I was well aware of my timings, but I suppose I can allow them that call. We were advised to call them when we were ten mins away. The were told to go to departures as "it would be easier there". Fine, they know their business. So, we did. When we dropped the car off, we were told to go to the same area and collect our car after getting our bags and calling them to advise we were waiting for the car. Now, we are home, we have 2 fines for not paying for the drop off zone. IN/OUT great £ 40 each way. Nearly as much as parking the car for 9 nights. We were NOT advised of this procedure. I have emailed the company twice with NO reply. I will be escalating this further to get the fines refunded to us. Not happy at all.

Arrival procedure for 5Star Meet & Greet at Heathrow Airport
Please call the car park 30 minutes before you arrive at the airport. A driver will then meet you at your departing terminal, where he will assist with your luggage, confirm your return details, and together with the driver, you will check the condition of the car and sign a form to confirm these details.
