Arrival procedure for 5Star Meet & Greet at Heathrow Airport

Please call the car park 30 minutes before you arrive at the airport. A driver will then meet you at your departing terminal, where he will assist with your luggage, confirm your return details, and together with the driver, you will check the condition of the car and sign a form to confirm these details.

Return procedure for Heathrow 5Star Meet & Greet

Please make sure you make verbal contact with the car park team (number to be provided) on your return to help us prepare your vehicle for a swift return.

We monitor all incoming flights to give you your exact landing time.  So if your flight arrives earlier or later than expected or is even cancelled, we will already be aware of this and adjust the return time of your vehicle to the airport terminal.
