we had meet and greet instead but a 20 min wait on arrival for driver and 40 min wait for car to be delivered on return. excuse was traffic but good value as only paid for car park and transfer

On our return, our car was brought to us at the airport and was in perfect order. I was just a bit concerned about the delivery, as the vehicle handover was in the passenger drop-off only zone (no passenger pick ups) and I was worried I might receive a fine, but I haven't so far.

If the company were in trouble and they have pulled them out of the mess and got a viable business going through Meet and Greet, then I want to encourage them. They need a bit more professionalism however, and the risks and concerns of the customer need to be addressed if they want returning customers. I have not been able to complete all the requested options on this form as some of them do not apply.
