LHR Purple P&R T3 NonFlex
I haven't given 4 stars because you need to improve your pick up guidance notes for Heathrow. Online you say "... you need to go bus stop 30". Only the Ticket correctly says stop 22. Also, "... you need to go bus stop **" Is not clear and concise (as well as being grammatically incorrect). You need to make clear that stop 22 is the bus stop passengers get ON at (not OFF at), so is the one to search for when you land. More importantly, you need to make clear that Purple Parking isn't the only park-and-ride bus service using stop 22. I got on a Maple bus and it was only because I noticed that there wasn't any mention of Purple Parking that I checked with the Maple driver (who wasn't bothering to check with each passenger that boarded - unlike the Purple Parking driver). You have obviously had this problem occurring or the PP driver wouldn't have been so relentless in checking as every passenger boarded that they were PP customers. You have no way of ensuring that the other company's drivers do this check. So it would make sense to warn customers to make sure that they only board a Purple Parking bus in your pickup instructions.

Parking location is close to airport perimeter road Sat nav postcode doesn’t take you to location and I would suggest a more accurate location used or the use of what three words. Numerous u turns had to be performed to finally arrive. The check in was easy and quick. I had to arrange an Uber to the hotel which again was quick. Upon return the bus service was infrequent (every 25/30 mins) and from T3 had to visit others before returning to the site. The car was waiting and departure was quick. In summary, a reasonable price and good location but not being awarded 5 stars based on poor directions and slow and infrequent bus transit back when all you want is to get back to your car and get home.

Price was good but the transfer bus pulled out as we walked up to it. Told us 20 mins for next one. We would very tight for checking in so had to get an uber to LHR (£16) to be safe. On return bus arrived T3 in 10 mins which is OK. I know it has to go to T2 aswell but it also went all the way to T5. When we got there it was to full to pick up all the passengers waiting. In short we did at least 20-25 detour for nothing. So frustrating when you just want to get on your way home.

It was fine parking and departing Return , it took longer to get back on the bus as went to all terminals ,than it did to get off the plane, get luggage and clear immigration
