A warning to all travelers: Hidden off-site parking, lost keys, and appalling service If you value your time, your vehicle, or your peace of mind, book elsewhere. First, be aware that despite what you might assume from their booking process, they will drive your car to a separate compound 10 minutes away behind a water park. I discovered this the hard way upon returning from holiday late at night with an exhausted 4-month-old infant, when we were eventually informed that their staff had lost the key to my car. What followed was an almost comical sketch of 5 men searching through plastic boxes looking for a key. After they realised the key would not be found, we had to be shuttled back to our house to fetch the spare key, then taken back to the airport to collect our car before finally being able to drive home. Now, I have the added burden of attending a Mercedes garage to get a replacement key cut. Their post-incident communication has been shockingly unprofessional. It took two weeks for them to reply to my initial emails. I called them 17 separate times trying to get a resolution, and despite being promised a call back from a manager every single time, I never received one. They finally offered to pay the invoice for the replacement key but incredibly, they refuse to refund the original parking fee for a service they completely failed to deliver. To add insult to injury, they offered a 50% discount on my 'next booking'. A company that hides where they park your car, loses your keys, and ignores 17 calls from a stranded customer does not deserve your business.

Very pleasant experience. Clear instructions when drop off. Offered a free upgrade to terminal drop off. Also on arrival, got offered a pickup at terminal for only the terminal parking fee. Car arrived within minutes of me reaching to car park.

Very good service! Easy enough to find with a sat nav. Fast shuttles to and from the airport and friendly staff. Only downside is the reception area to wait, very tired and shabby. Give this space a spruce up! 👍

The parking was easy however pick up - car was in an awfully dirty condition, it was as if the car was rolled in mud, not good experience at all. I don't expect my car to be cleaned however it was a dry night when we picked up the car , the car was wet so someone had attempted to hide the dirt, it might have been parked in a dirt track but the dried mud was very hard to wash off.

Please keep the following information in mind:
Please call us at 07437 867 289 or 07511 544 379 when you are 20 to 30 minutes away from the car park.
On M4 junction 4, take exit A408 towards Stockley Road, follow A408 road for 1.6 miles until Stilwell roundabout.
Take 1st exit towards Colham roundabout.
At Colham roundabout, take 1st exit to Stockley Country Park.
Go through the height restriction gate (2 metres) and follow the direction signs “Terminals Parking".
Park your car at the
Drop off area and make your way to the reception.

On your safe return, we need you to call us two times at 07437 867 289 / 07511 544 379. Soon as you land and after you collect your luggage, Then proceed to short-stay Car park Level 1 Row A, where the shuttle van will pick you up

We're here to make your airport parking experience as smooth as possible. With our Park & Ride service, you can drive to the car park, and we will shuttle you to the Terminal. Transfers take just 20 minutes. This service is exclusively available for Terminal 5 only.

Terminals Parking Park & Ride car park is within the Ultra-Low Emission Zone (ULEZ Charging Zone).
We can only accommodate 4 passengers per shuttle/booking.
