At the check-in desk, have your booking confirmation ready. Staff will verify your booking, complete a full vehicle condition check, and take handover of your keys. You'll sign a brief handover slip — keep your copy as your receipt.

Bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before arrival. No cancellation is available within 24 hours of arrival. The booking fee is non-refundable. Amendments are free up to 24 hours before arrival and non-amendable thereafter.
