Arrival procedure for Car Park Luton Meet and Greet

Please call the driver’s number, when you are 20-25 minutes away from the terminal and head toward Luton airport Terminal Car Park 1. Level 3 Meet & Greet Parking Area the driver will meet you there.

Please have your booking confirmation and reference number to hand when you call so that Car Park Luton can check all of your details with you.

Return Procedure for Car Park Luton Meet and Greet

While collecting your luggage or 20 to 25 minutes before leaving airport. Call to the driver’s number to inform them and move to the Collection point Car Park 1, Level 3 Meet & Greet Parking Area where you dropped-off your car at the time of arrival.

The driver will meet you there with your car ready and you can drive straight to home.

Security Information

The car park is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

A driver will park your car for your convenience in a secure compound with 24-hour CCTV.

The car park facilities come complete with CCTV and alarms so you know your vehicle is in safe hands.

Overview

Car Park Luton - Meet and Greet will take the stress out of finding a parking space at Luton Airport as you are met close to the terminal building.

This meet and greet service is a highly efficient chauffeur product. It is ideal for families with large luggage loads or for the business traveller who needs a quick and structured drop off and pick up for their vehicle.

Important Information

PLEASE NOTE: As of 14th June 2018, there are roadworks and other improvements works ongoing at Luton Airport, expected to last for 18 months. Please allow plenty of additional travel time to accommodate these changes and increased traffic levels.

Long wheel base vehicles and vans are charged at £10 per week extra, caravans, camper vans, minibuses and trailers are charged at £15 per week extra. Payable to the car park on arrival.

Customers are responsible for the exit fee as they leave the airport if they go over the 15 minute waiting limit.

Customers are advised to allow sufficient journey time to arrive at Luton Airport or our compound at the meeting time that has been designated by the customer. If the customer misses their booking time they will incur additional costs. The customer must ensure they contact Airport Parking Luton and advise of any changes as soon as possible. The responsibility to arrive on the agreed time is the customers. Airport Parking Luton cannot be held responsible for any costs or inconvenience incurred when not following the instructions provided by the company. We reserve the right to change late meet and greet customers to park and ride.

Customers are reminded that no valuables including any amount of cash should be left in the vehicles whilst you are away.

Cancellation Cover (normally £1.49) is included with this booking for free. Should you wish to cancel or amend you must do so at least 24 hours prior to your departure date in order to be eligible; those who cancel after this time will be subject to our normal Terms and Conditions. Cancellation Cover does not apply for bookings made the same day, booked for the following day or in certain products where stated.
