Please call Maple Parking when you are 15-20 minutes away from the airport, to let them know you are near so they can send a driver to meet you.

When you reach the airport follow signs for the Terminal Car Park 1. Take a ticket from the barrier and make your way to the pick up point/meet and greet area, where you will be met by a uniformed driver.

Your driver will be wearing a Maple Parking uniform and carrying ID.

Your car will be photographed in situ prior to the driver moving it to our secured car park.

After dropping off your car take the 5-minute covered walk to check-in.

Once you have collected your luggage, please call Maple Parking to let them know you're ready for your car.

Go to the EXIT following signs for Terminal Car Park 1 and head to where you dropped off your car. Your car will be delivered to the pick up point/meet and greet area where you dropped it off.

The driver will give you a ticket which allows you to exit the car park.

Please make sure you're at the car park no longer than 10 minutes after your call otherwise you may need to pay to exit the car park.

Next time you're due to fly, don't spend time finding a parking space and then catching a bus or walking all the way to the terminal. Instead, book Maple Parking Meet and Greet at Luton Airport so that you can drop your car in front of the terminal and head straight to check-in. Your car will be parked in a secure location, and will be brought right back to you upon your return.

Please be aware the Terminal Car Park 1 has a height restriction of 2.1 metres.

Due to the ongoing redevelopment works at Luton airport, travel around the airport may take longer than normal. We'd recommend you allow an extra hour to get to the airport particularly at peak times. Peak travel times for Luton airport are all day Friday, Saturday and Sunday and between 4am and 9am, 1pm and 3pm and 5pm and 7pm on other days.

Parking is for cars only and cars must fit in to a standard sized parking space (2.4m wide x 4.8m long).
Extra charges will apply for cars that do not fit in to a standard parking space and must be arranged with Maple Parking prior to the drop off date.

Very large vehicles and minibuses may be refused if prior arrangements are not made. Minibuses / vehicles with more than 8 passenger seats cannot be accepted for Meet & Greet services.

Illegal Vehicles: It is your responsibility to make sure that your vehicle has road tax, holds a valid MOT certificate and is roadworthy/legal. If your car isn't legal and/or safe to drive, Maple Parking will not be able to drive it to the car park, and you will not be able to get a refund.

Late Returns: If your return is delayed and you park for longer than you have booked, extra days parking will be charged at £10 per day or part day after your booked return date.

Early Returns: If you are returning ahead of schedule, please telephone Maple Parking ASAP. They must have 24 hrs notice (or as much notice as possible) so that they can make sure the vehicle is ready and you are not kept waiting on your return. Refunds cannot be given for part-used bookings.

Vehicle Inspection: Please allow sufficient time for you driver to complete the check-in procedure and conduct the necessary photographic vehicle inspection on your arrival. This usually takes 3-4 minutes. Failure to leave adequate time for your driver to complete this may relinquish any claim for damage not recorded as a result. If you are running late this can be completed by the driver after you have left but before he or she moves your car.

Luton Maple Parking has taken the following steps to help customers: 

• All Staff wearing masks at all times
• Protective screening between masked staff and customer at meeting points
• All Staff wearing gloves at all times
• All Staff sanitizing their gloves regularly and before each customer/vehicle interaction
• Sanitizing wipes given to every customer to wipe Steering wheel and hand controls (for customer reassurance)
• 2m Distancing wherever possible between all staff and customers
