Arrived at jet parks one to chaos of cars not knowing what to do as the car park barrier just had out of service on. Pressed the call button for help and it was like something out of a comedy sketch “Computer says no!” Vibe. It was eventually sorted and moved to jet parks 3 where it took a further 40 minutes to find a parking space. The car park was rough and full of nettles making it more than uncomfortable to leave and enter the car. I actually fell whilst trying to get back in the car with it bending dark and rough under foot. I choose jet parks one to be closer proximity to the airport. To be told to park another 10mins down the road in a cheaper car park really was disappointing and not a great start to the holiday

So easy. Bus picked us up within minutes of parking, secure car park, and the bus was outside the terminal when we returned. We will definitely use again.

Easy to find the actual car park, once we arrived we drove around a quite a few times looking for a actual space, quick transfer going to the airport extremely busy coming back waiting for a bus, the driver was amazing helping us as we had a wheelchair aswel

No problems with accessing the car park. Disability parking is available. Unfortunately, we parked where the trees are and the car was absolutely covered in twigs and bird faeces. We will not park in that area again. It would be better if the disability parking was near to the bus shelters. The bus was prompt but the driver got confused and assumed that some other passengers were just getting a lift to that area and they had to explain that their car was parked there. I think this was because they all had Australian accents. No problem with exiting the car park, the barrier lifted even though we had been delayed by a couple of hours. We will use it again, but will park away from the trees

Arrival procedure for Jet Parks 1 Manchester Airport
As you approach the barrier your license plate should be recognised and the barrier will lift. Please then proceed into the car park. If your number plate is not recognised, hold the QR code printed just below the reader and locate the red cross over the code as shown. Please wait for a beep to confirm a successful read and proceed into the car park.
Simply park your car and proceed to a bus stop to take your courtesy bus to the Terminal 2. Transfers take approx. 5-10 minutes and run every 15 minutes. They are operated by the official Manchester Airport parking transfer team who offer you a high quality, friendly service.
