Easy to navigate, easy booking system very efficient

Unhelpful customer service, inflexible policy, huge extra fees
The website booking was straightforward, but when our airline delay caused a late return, SkyParkSecure wouldn’t extend the booking even with proof. That led to a huge extra charge. Very poor customer service. Wouldn’t use again.
