Arriving was easy no problems. The carpark was exceptionally full and took a while to find a space. Pick up was fast and no problem. Return we were picked up quickly at the airport. However, as we were being dropped off around the carpark there was an huge amount of customers waiting to be picked up trying to get on the bus to the airport. So they're doing drop offs and pick ups at the same time. The bus was over crowded and difficult to get off. But also for though customers trying to catch their early morning flights they would have been waiting a long time. I mean 20+ people waiting at the bus stops to try and get on already full buses. Seeing this made me rethink using them again, especially for an early morning flight.

Generally v.good. Had some difficulty leaving the car park as a van had parked next to us leaving very little room to reverse out. We had to make a last minute change to our booking dates do to issues with changing our flights. We were able to add extra days to our parking after contacting the company through online chat. Very impressed with the service and support given.

Very busy car parks. I was lucky to find a space in the last car park. There were cars driving around for 5-10 minutes looking for a space. Need to make sure I arrive with plenty of time to spare to avoid disappointment. I was early so it wasn't a problem. The rest of the service was very good. Pick up service was prompt.

Took me a while to find it only because my satnav sent me via Oldham! Once I redirected, I found the car park and used Additional Parking to find a space. Luckily there was one right next to a bus shelter. Bus came within 10 minutes to drop off at all terminals. Return journey to car park was also good but I had to stand as there were so many people already on the bus. In general I like this parking as I just park up and keep the keys.

Please ensure that you have access to a copy of your Booking Confirmation for your arrival.
As you approach the barrier your license plate should be recognised and the barrier will lift. Please then proceed into the car park.
If your number plate is not recognised, hold the QR code printed just below the reader and locate the red cross over the code as shown. Please wait for a beep to confirm a successful read and proceed into the car park.

Return Procedure for Jet Parks 3 Manchester Airport
As you exit the arrivals lounge, follow signs for Manchester Airport car park bus stops. Wait at the Jet Parks 3 bus stop for your courtesy bus to take you back to the car park.
On arriving at the exit in your vehicle, the barrier should automatically lift.
If you are prompted for over-stay payment please use the integrated chip and pin device.

Cancel Policy

Once the cancellation is confirmed you will receive email confirmation. Any bookings for an Official Manchester Airport car park cancelled within 72 hours of the car park arrival date will not be refunded.
