On Arrival I noticed there's only 1 staff who drove & parked cars, checked passengers in & out, manned the reception. I had no info about the bus transfer which made me a bit worried & I couldn't properly establish the time needed to get to Stansted (5min by bus). However, once I was checked in, the transport transit van arrived with people returning from airport & we quickly drove to Stansted. You couldn't (and you shouldn't) walk from car park on the busy road towards airport even if you're single adult (I travelled back with a 7y old). It's about 15min steady walk but it's super busy with various vehicles & the transit takes 5 min max. On the way back, I phoned the transit driver who politely instructed us to walk & meet him at the Raddison hotel which is 3 min down the ramp & under the shelter (when we landed it was raining). The driver was helping us with the luggage and made the journey quick & fun. I was also surprised with a handed discount card for the next booking. Our car was easy to find in the front row and though there was no roof shelter for the parking duration the car was safe & sound. I would recommend this car park, especially if you need somewhere within 10min from airport & you travel with impatient kids.

Arrival procedure for Stansted Peak Park & Ride
20 minutes before arrival you are asked to call to inform Peak Parking of your arrival. This helps limit waiting times as individual arrival times often vary.
Park your car and take the courtesy shuttle bus to the airport.
N.B. All vehicles will be photographed upon arrival including mileage.
Return Procedure for Stansted Peak Park & Ride
Only after you are clear of customs, please call to advise that you are ready for collection, then proceed to the forecourt, Zone B – In front of the Terminal Building where we would have dropped you off.
Meeting point is subject to change on the day by Stansted Airport - you will be informed if this is the case when you call.

Overview
If you are looking for the most economical way to park at the airport then you should opt for a Park and Ride package.
Drive yourself to the car park and enter through the barrier. Park your car then catch a shuttle bus to the terminal building. When you get back to the airport walk outside and take the shuttle bus back to the car park.
