Going to airport driver was very pleasant, Great explanation on where to wait on return. Driver on return kept me waiting 40 minutes ,Why would you pick up 7 people and leave with 6 ?? very unfriendly , Had to load own suitcase . A young lady was really struggling and he just watched her. Unpleasant experience will use drop off in future .

Arrival procedure for Stansted Peak Park & Ride
20 minutes before arrival you are asked to call to inform Peak Parking of your arrival. This helps limit waiting times as individual arrival times often vary.
Park your car and take the courtesy shuttle bus to the airport.
N.B. All vehicles will be photographed upon arrival including mileage.
Return Procedure for Stansted Peak Park & Ride
Only after you are clear of customs, please call to advise that you are ready for collection, then proceed to the forecourt, Zone B – In front of the Terminal Building where we would have dropped you off.
Meeting point is subject to change on the day by Stansted Airport - you will be informed if this is the case when you call.
Security Information
The car park has manned security, fencing, and is gated entry, CCTV. All vehicles will be photographed including mileage on arrival.
Overview
If you are looking for the most economical way to park at the airport then you should opt for a Park and Ride package.
Drive yourself to the car park and enter through the barrier. Park your car then catch a shuttle bus to the terminal building. When you get back to the airport walk outside and take the shuttle bus back to the car park.
Car park operates between 4am and 23:30. Only book if your schedule departure and arrival times are within this period
