Arrival procedure for Southampton Airlynx Britannia Wharf

When you arrive at the compound, you will be greeted by a member of staff, who will ask a few questions regarding cruise booking, Surname, Number of passengers, returns date etc.
Luggage will be transferred to minibus and your contact number will be taken, as well as you receiving a card with a number on it. Please keep hold of this card as you will need it to call Airlynx on your return to the Port.
Keys for vehicles will be taken and vehicles parked and locked in the compound. You are then transferred to the appropriate terminal for your cruise.

Return procedure for Southampton Port Airlynx Park & Ride

When you return, please call Airlynx to find out where your bus will be which will take you back to the car park.
On the day of return your vehicle will be parked in the exit area and you will be given keys when minibus arrives back to the compound.

Airlynx provides luxury transfers that will take you to straight to the terminal door. Avoid the queues of parking onsite at the port, and park only 4 minutes away from the terminals.

Once you have parked, Airflynx will take you in our air-conditioned vehicles to whichever terminal you are travelling from; the Mayflower Terminal, the City Cruise Terminal, Ocean Terminal or Queen Elizabeth Terminal depending on the cruise line you are travelling with.
