Easy booking experience and surprisingly cost effective way of securing car parking. Clear instructions given to find the correct entrance and what to do upon arrival. Greeted by friendly staff who indicated where to park and how to drop off keys. Given scan code to collect keys on return from deposit box Return instructions easy to follow friendly staff on hand to guide you through collection of keys and giving directions to parked vehicle. Quickly on our way and definitely would use again.

Very simple, it was so easy. We pulled up at the meet & greet access, our car was scanned, then were politely welcomed over the intercoms. They knew who we were, we just had to confirm that. We were let through, told exactly which way to turn & into which slot. We headed into the reception, they confirmed a couple of things then gave us a card to collect the our keys when we returned. The return was so simple, even though our flight was nearly 2hrs delayed, within 2 or 3 minutes we were in our car & driving out of the airport. So so easy, excellent.

Arrival procedure for the Meet & Greet at East Midlands airport
Drive through the sheltered inspection area where our cameras will record the current condition of your car, so you can be sure it'll be returned in the same condition.
Pull into the allocated lane and unpack your car.
Drop your keys off with one of the trusted team at the Meet & Greet reception, just a short walk from check-in.
Return procedure
Return to the customer desk, collect your keys and your car will have been moved to a bay close for you to easily find and quickly return to.
When exiting the car park the ANPR will again read your reg plate and allow for you to leave.
Security
CCTV monitoring and 24 hour car park patrol.
Disabled Facilities
There is a height restriction of 6ft 6 at this car park.
The car park do not accept trailers or motorcycles.
Important Information
Cancel Policy
You can cancel the Official East Midlands Airport Meet & Greet Plus contract by giving us at least 72 hours’ notice prior to the car park arrival time and date. Once the cancellation is confirmed you will receive email confirmation. Any bookings for an Official East Midlands Airport car park cancelled within 72 hours of the car park arrival date will not be refunded.
